The New York City Department of Buildings has issued a City of New York MEA # accepting the use of Alcotex/FR in New York City. Alcotex/FR has been prominently incorporated into the design of the Soho Mews project at 311 West Broadway.

Alcotex is pleased to announce that a full range of product testing has been completed on both our standard polyethelene and fire rated core materials. All of the testing was performed at the Architectural Testing Inc. (ATI) facility in York, Pennsylvania.

Alcotex/FR is now available in a new fire-rated (FR) core material. Alcotex/FR offers all of the same benefits as our standard PE core material and meets the highest architectural standards. All of the Alcotex/FR testing has been performed at the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas. Alcotex/FR has been an integral component on the exterior facade of projects located throughout the United States.
